Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary liaison for key client stakeholders, including private equity sponsors and corporate development officers. Financial Due Diligence Execution

Direct and review comprehensive financial due diligence processes. This includes in-depth analysis of a target’s quality of earnings (QoE), assessment of net working capital requirements, identification of debt and debt-like items, and evaluation of financial projections and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Risk & Opportunity Identification

Utilize a hypothesis-driven approach to identify and quantify critical transaction risks, liabilities, and potential synergies. Comprehensive Reporting

Business Development Support

Actively contribute to the growth of the Transaction Advisory practice. Support partners in developing proposals, participating in pitch meetings, and cultivating a strong professional network within the M&A community, including investment bankers, lawyers, and private equity professionals.

Thought Leadership & Methodology Enhancement

Stay current with evolving M&A trends, accounting standards, and industry best practices. We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished professional with a proven track record of excellence in the M&A transaction landscape. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

Educational Background

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree such as an MBA and/or a professional certification (CPA, CFA) is strongly preferred.

Professional Experience

A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in M&A transaction advisory services is essential.
