Strategic Planning & Execution

Supply Chain & Logistics Mastery

In-Store Operations & Merchandising Excellence

Financial Acumen & P&L Management

Vendor & Retail Partner Relations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

We are seeking a seasoned executive with deep expertise in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector and a demonstrated history of leading large-scale retail operations to success.

Educational Background

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.

Executive Experience

A minimum of 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail operations, supply chain, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience must be at a senior leadership level (VP, SVP, or equivalent) with significant P&L and team management responsibilities.

Industry Expertise
