Key Responsibilities of Plant Manager (Machinery) – Peoria, IL
Operational Leadership & Management
Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, engineering, and logistics, to ensure the efficient and cost-effective manufacturing of machinery. Requirements for the Plant Manager (Machinery) – Peoria, IL
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) is required. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is highly preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5-7 years specifically in a Plant Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within the heavy machinery, industrial equipment, or complex assembly manufacturing sector. Technical Acumen
