Requirements for the Plant Manager (Heavy Industry) – Houston, TX

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Electrical), Operations Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. A Master’s degree (MBA or relevant advanced degree) is highly preferred.

Extensive Experience

Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in plant management or a senior operational role within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
