Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serving as a critical member of the executive leadership team, the Chief Digital Officer will be the single point of ownership for the bank’s comprehensive digital strategy. Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance
Navigate the complex regulatory environment of the banking industry, ensuring all digital products and initiatives are fully compliant with legal standards and best practices, including ensuring adherence to federal banking regulations from bodies like the OCC, FDIC, and FFIEC.
Financial & Performance Management
Develop and manage the digital channel’s P&L, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and regularly report on progress, performance, and financial outcomes to the executive team and the Board of Directors.

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished leader with deep expertise in digital transformation within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic acumen, technical knowledge, business savvy, and inspirational leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Experience
A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in digital strategy, product management, or technology, with at least 7-10 years in a senior executive role (e.g., CDO, Head of Digital, EVP) within the banking, credit union, or financial services industry.
Education
