As the Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering, you will be the principal architect of the company’s production processes, technological roadmap, and continuous improvement culture. New Product Introduction (NPI)
Oversee the manufacturing engineering aspects of the NPI process, ensuring seamless transition from design to full-rate production. Technology & Automation Roadmap

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing engineering environment, with at least 7 years in a significant leadership role (Director-level or higher).
Extensive experience within the aerospace and defense OEM or Tier-1 supplier industry is mandatory.
Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.
Proven track record of successfully managing the NPI process for complex aerospace components or assemblies.
Strong financial acumen with experience in developing and managing multi-million dollar capital and operational budgets.
In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP) and regulatory requirements.
