Key Responsibilities of Plant Manager (Composites) – Knoxville, TN
Strategic Leadership & P&L Management
Develop and execute the plant’s operational strategy in alignment with corporate goals. Full ownership of the plant’s profit and loss (P&L) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
