  • Partner closely with the Compensation Committee to design and administer competitive and compliant executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, and long-term equity awards.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process for the entire organization, ensuring both internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Oversee the design and administration of all employee benefits, wellness programs, and retirement plans, ensuring they are attractive, cost-effective, and aligned with company culture.

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree (MBA, MS in HR, JD, or related field) is highly preferred.
