The Vice President of Data Analytics will be the organization’s senior-most leader responsible for enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy, governance, and execution. Team Development & Mentorship
Recruit, lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, data engineers, business intelligence analysts, and data governance specialists. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and intellectual curiosity.
Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning

Data Governance & Architecture

Requirements for the VP, Data Analytics with a Technology Services Firm – Salt Lake City, UT
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, data science, and/or business intelligence.
- 7+ years of proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong track record of building, managing, and scaling high-performing analytics teams.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics, and data mining.
- Proficiency with programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R) and database querying languages (SQL).
- Extensive experience with modern data ecosystems, including cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), data lakes, and BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
