Strategic Vision & Long-Range Planning
Develop, articulate, and implement a multi-year strategic plan for the Commercial Banking division that aligns with the bank’s overall corporate objectives. Continuously assess and refine the strategy based on market trends, competitive pressures, and economic forecasts.
Market Expansion & Growth Initiatives
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, potential client segments, and geographic expansion possibilities. Lead M&A due diligence and integration activities for strategic acquisitions within the commercial domain.
P&L Ownership & Financial Performance
Assume full accountability for the division’s financial performance. Drive revenue growth, manage the expense base, and optimize profitability through strategic pricing, product mix, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Product & Service Innovation

Risk Management & Regulatory Adherence

We are seeking a distinguished leader with a proven track record of strategic success within a large-scale, complex financial services organization. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical rigor, creative thinking, and inspirational leadership.
Core Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in commercial banking, corporate strategy, management consulting (with a focus on financial services), or a related field.
