Key Responsibilities of Plant Manager (Precision Mfg) – Southern California
The Plant Manager will be responsible for a broad spectrum of critical functions, ensuring the facility operates at peak performance and continuously improves across all metrics. Your duties will encompass:
Operational Leadership & Production Management
Direct and oversee all daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, capacity management, and resource allocation. Ensure production targets are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Implement and enforce robust manufacturing processes that optimize workflow and minimize bottlenecks.
Quality Assurance & Control

Educational Background

Extensive Experience
A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5-7 years in a Plant Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within a high-precision manufacturing environment.
