Located in the heart of innovation, Menlo Park, CA, this is a rare opportunity for a seasoned software executive to transition to the principal investing side and create substantial value across a portfolio of high-growth technology companies. Our client is a top-tier firm with a multi-billion dollar fund, renowned for its collaborative approach and deep sector expertise in B2B SaaS and enterprise software.
The Operating Partner will serve as a critical member of the firm’s portfolio operations group, acting as a strategic advisor, mentor, and hands-on partner to the leadership teams of the firm’s portfolio companies. The ideal candidate is a ‘player-coach’ with a profound understanding of what it takes to build and scale a successful software business from $20M ARR to $200M ARR and beyond. You will work on a wide array of challenges, from refining go-to-market strategies and optimizing sales funnels to enhancing product roadmaps and building world-class engineering teams. Your success will be measured by the tangible growth and increased enterprise value of the companies you support, making this a highly impactful and rewarding career move for an executive passionate about building great companies.

Support portfolio companies in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic add-on acquisitions. Provide leadership and guidance through the complex process of post-merger integration to ensure strategic and financial objectives are met.
