The Managing Director will be the firm’s primary expert on all debt and equity financing activities. Key Responsibilities of Managing Director, Structured Finance with a Real Estate Fund – Denver, CO

Transaction Origination and Sourcing

Proactively source and originate competitive debt and equity capital for the firm’s investment activities. This involves leveraging a deep, existing network of relationships with a wide array of capital providers, including life insurance companies, commercial banks, CMBS lenders, debt funds, and private equity partners. You will be the face of the firm in the capital markets, constantly cultivating new connections and staying ahead of market trends.

Structuring and Execution

Lead the end-to-end execution of all financing transactions. This includes developing the optimal capital structure for each deal, whether it’s senior construction financing, permanent loans, bridge loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, or complex joint venture equity structures. Capital Relationship Management
