Global Alliance Strategy & Execution
Develop, refine, and lead the execution of a comprehensive global strategic alliance strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives, product roadmap, and market expansion goals. This includes identifying key partner segments (ISVs, SIs, VARs, Cloud Hyperscalers) and defining the strategic rationale for each partnership.
Partner Identification & Recruitment
Proactively research, identify, evaluate, and recruit new strategic partners that complement our client’s SaaS platform, fill strategic gaps, and open new market opportunities. Lead the entire partner lifecycle from initial engagement to formal onboarding.
Relationship Management & Growth
Cultivate and maintain deep, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at partner organizations. Foster an environment of mutual growth and collaboration, ensuring ongoing alignment of objectives and maximizing the value derived from each alliance.
Joint Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Revenue Generation
Architect and implement joint GTM strategies with partners, including co-selling initiatives, integrated solution development, joint marketing campaigns, and sales enablement programs. Complex Deal Negotiation

Performance Measurement & Reporting

Cross-Functional Leadership

Extensive Experience
Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partnership management roles within the Enterprise SaaS industry.
Proven Leadership
At least 7-10 years of experience in a leadership capacity, successfully building, managing, and scaling high-performing alliance teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Deep SaaS Domain Expertise
Profound understanding of the Enterprise SaaS market, including various business models, competitive dynamics, ecosystem players, and key technology trends (e.g., AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics).
Full Alliance Lifecycle Proficiency
