Based in the heart of the financial world, New York, NY, this is a career-defining opportunity for a visionary leader to shape the future of a dynamic and growing firm. Our client has carved a niche in the middle-market sector, providing bespoke M&A advisory, capital raising, and strategic financial services to a diverse portfolio of clients across technology, healthcare, and consumer goods.

As the EVP of Capital Markets, you will be a cornerstone of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the Managing Partners. This is not merely a managerial role; it is a strategic, hands-on position that demands a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, deep market expertise, and an unparalleled ability to originate and execute complex transactions.

You will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of leading and expanding the firm’s capital markets division, encompassing both debt and equity capital markets (DCM and ECM), as well as M&A advisory services. The ideal candidate is a seasoned rainmaker with an extensive network of relationships with private equity sponsors, venture capitalists, corporate executives, and institutional investors. You will leverage this network to build a robust deal pipeline and drive significant revenue growth for the firm.

This role offers a unique platform for an ambitious professional to make a tangible impact. Unlike larger, more bureaucratic institutions, our client offers a nimble, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment where your contributions are directly visible and highly valued. You will have the autonomy to build and mentor a high-performing team, refine the firm’s strategic direction, and ultimately share in the success you help create, with a clear path to partnership for the right individual. We are seeking a leader who is not just looking for their next job, but for a long-term home where they can build a lasting legacy.
