The Director of Warehouse Operations will have a broad range of responsibilities, encompassing strategic planning, financial management, operational execution, and team development. Strategic Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Operational Management & Execution

Direct and oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, value-added services, and shipping.
Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time-in-full (OTIF), order accuracy, inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and cost per unit.
Ensure operational processes are executed flawlessly to meet or exceed stringent client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Education

Experience
