Strategic Product Vision & Roadmap Development
Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Requirements for the Director of Product Development

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 10-12+ years of progressive experience in product management roles, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership position (e.g., Senior Product Manager, Group Product Manager, Head of Product, or Director of Product).
Industry Expertise
Proven experience in SaaS, enterprise software, and AI/ML solutions is essential. A deep understanding of the relevant market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive landscape is critical.
