Key Responsibilities of Director of Operations (TextilesMfg) Strategic Operational Leadership Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives, growth targets, and market demands. Production Management & Efficiency Direct and optimize all aspects of textile manufacturing operations, including spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and cut-and-sew processes.
