We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities of Chief Marketing Officer with an AI Robotics Company – Boston, MA
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives, revenue goals, and long-term vision.
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, providing marketing insights and strategic counsel to guide company-wide decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Own the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across all programs and channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
- Architect and scale a sophisticated demand generation engine to fuel the sales pipeline with high-quality leads, leveraging a mix of inbound and outbound tactics.
- Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and management processes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to ensure seamless alignment on lead qualification, handoff, and feedback loops to continuously improve conversion rates.
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Lead the product marketing function to develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
- Create a comprehensive suite of sales enablement tools and collateral, including pitch decks, product datasheets, competitive battle cards, and ROI calculators, to empower the sales team to sell more effectively.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence to inform the product roadmap and future development priorities.
Requirements for the Chief Marketing Officer with an AI Robotics Company – Boston, MA
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role (VP of Marketing, CMO, or equivalent).
- Proven experience within a high-growth technology company, preferably in AI, robotics, enterprise SaaS, deep tech, or industrial automation.
- Demonstrable track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that have successfully scaled a business and driven significant revenue growth.
- Expertise in building and managing a modern marketing technology stack and leveraging data analytics to drive decisions and measure performance.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a history of recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top marketing talent.
