Strategic Vision and Leadership
Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term growth objectives. End-to-End Operations Management
Assume full ownership and accountability for all global supply chain functions. Supplier and Partner Relationship Management
Oversee the strategic sourcing and procurement teams to build a robust and resilient supplier base. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and other critical partners. Lead high-stakes negotiations to ensure favorable terms and service levels.
Team Development and Mentorship
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing, global supply chain organization. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Attract, retain, and develop top talent to build a strong leadership pipeline within the supply chain function.
Risk Management and Resiliency
Design and implement a proactive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate potential disruptions from geopolitical events, natural disasters, trade policy changes, and supplier vulnerabilities. Build a resilient and agile supply chain capable of adapting quickly to unforeseen challenges.
Sustainability and ESG Initiatives

Educational Background
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Executive Experience
A minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 7-10 years in a senior executive leadership role (e.g., VP, SVP, or CSCO) overseeing a large, complex, global supply chain.
Industry Expertise
Demonstrable experience within the fast-paced global retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or e-commerce sectors is essential. A proven track record of managing multi-channel distribution networks (B2B and D2C) is required.
