Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President of Corporate Development will serve as a critical member of the senior leadership team. You will be the primary architect and executor of the company’s inorganic growth strategy, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and high-impact partnerships.

Experience
A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, with a significant portion of that time focused on the technology sector.
FinTech Expertise
