Performance Management

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support
Provide HR due diligence and integration support for M&A activities, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and cultural alignment post-acquisition. This involves assessing HR risks, harmonizing policies, and managing change effectively.
Requirements for the VP of Human Resources – Houston, TX
To be considered for this influential Vice President of Human Resources role, candidates must possess a compelling blend of experience, education, and leadership attributes:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree (MBA, MA in HR) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
