Strategic Vision and Leadership
Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term business objectives. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other best-practice methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality and delivery performance.
Global Procurement and Strategic Sourcing
Lead all global procurement and sourcing functions, establishing a robust framework for identifying, evaluating, and selecting world-class suppliers. Negotiate high-value, complex contracts and master supply agreements that secure favorable terms, mitigate risk, and ensure supply continuity for critical components and materials.
Supplier Relationship Management
Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers worldwide. Develop and implement a formal supplier performance management program, including scorecards, regular business reviews, and joint process improvement initiatives to foster collaboration and drive mutual value.
Risk Mitigation and Resiliency
Design and implement a proactive supply chain risk management program. Logistics, Warehousing, and Distribution

Champion the evaluation and implementation of cutting-edge supply chain technologies, including advanced ERP modules, SCM planning software, and data analytics platforms. Leverage data-driven insights to improve demand forecasting, operational planning, and strategic decision-making.
Team Development and Mentorship

Compliance and Quality Assurance

Educational Background
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Executive Experience
A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership capacity (Director or VP level) with responsibility for a global, multi-site supply chain.
Industry Expertise
Demonstrable and deep experience within the aerospace, defense, or a similarly complex, high-technology, and stringently regulated manufacturing industry is mandatory. A thorough understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the aerospace supply chain is critical for success.
Strategic Sourcing Mastery
