Strategic Vision and Technology Roadmap Development
Conceive, develop, and champion a comprehensive, multi-year strategic roadmap for the global procurement technology ecosystem. Ensure this roadmap is tightly aligned with the CPO’s vision and the company’s overarching business objectives. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and RPA for potential application within procurement.
Procurement Systems Leadership (S2P/P2P)
Provide executive oversight for the entire procurement technology stack, including leading platforms like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Ivalua. Lead the full lifecycle of technology initiatives, from selection and business case development to global implementation, user adoption, and continuous optimization of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.
Digital Transformation and Process Automation
Act as the primary change agent for digital transformation within the procurement organization. Identify and eliminate manual processes, driving efficiency and scalability through intelligent automation. Establish and lead a center of excellence for procurement analytics. Educational Background
