The Vice President of Data & Analytics will have a broad and impactful scope of responsibilities, encompassing strategic leadership, team development, technical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. Team Building and Mentorship

Data Governance and Quality

Establish and enforce a robust data governance framework, including policies, standards, and processes for data quality, security, privacy, and compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Ensure data integrity and reliability across all systems and platforms.

Advanced Analytics and AI/ML Innovation

Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI-powered solutions to address critical business questions. Technology and Infrastructure Oversight

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned data executive with a powerful blend of technical depth, business acumen, and inspirational leadership. You must have a demonstrated history of building and scaling data functions within complex, fast-paced technology organizations.

Executive Experience

A minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in data science, business intelligence, and analytics, with at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership role (Director, Sr. Director, or VP level) managing large, geographically dispersed teams.

Educational Background

A Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent business degree is highly advantageous.

Technical Expertise
