Requirements for the SVP, Head of Investor Relations with a Public Manufacturer – Dallas, TX
Experience
A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research (sell-side or buy-side), or investment banking. A significant portion of this experience must include a senior leadership role in investor relations for a publicly-traded company, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly preferred.
Financial Acumen
