Key Responsibilities of Plant Manager (Semiconductor) – Chandler, AZ
Operational Leadership & Excellence
Direct and manage all plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, engineering, and logistics, to ensure the achievement of production targets, cost objectives, and quality standards. Strategic Planning & Execution

Requirements for the Plant Manager (Semiconductor) – Chandler, AZ
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related technical field is required. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
Experience
