The Managing Director’s responsibilities will be broad and impactful, encompassing the full lifecycle of the investment process. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy while fostering a collaborative team environment. Key duties include:

Deal Origination and Sourcing

You will be responsible for drafting and presenting detailed investment memorandums to the Investment Committee, articulating a clear and compelling investment thesis.

Negotiation and Structuring

Spearhead the negotiation of term sheets, credit agreements, and other legal documentation. Demonstrate superior structuring acumen to create tailored financing solutions that meet the needs of borrowers while maximizing protection and returns for the fund’s investors.

Portfolio Management and Monitoring

Actively oversee a portfolio of existing investments. This involves ongoing monitoring of financial performance, covenant compliance, and industry trends for each portfolio company. Team Leadership and Mentorship

Strategic Contribution
