- Define and Champion Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling, long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives, market opportunities, and competitive landscape. Regularly communicate this vision across the organization to foster alignment and excitement.
- Strategic Product Leadership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the company’s core B2B SaaS platform, from ideation and discovery to development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Make critical product decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Team Building & Mentorship: Recruit, hire, mentor, and develop a world-class product management team. - Extensive Product Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Product, VP Product, Chief Product Officer) within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven Track Record of Scaling: Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and scaling complex B2B SaaS products that have achieved significant market adoption and revenue growth. Experience navigating and leading through various stages of company growth, from Series B/C to late-stage growth.
- Deep B2B SaaS Domain Expertise: Profound understanding of B2B business models, enterprise sales cycles, customer success methodologies, and the unique challenges and opportunities within the SaaS ecosystem.

- Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of modern software development processes, agile methodologies, and common web/cloud technologies. While not a coding role, the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams on technical feasibility and trade-offs is crucial.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product concepts to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders and external customers. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
