Key Responsibilities of Head of Capital Markets

Funding & Liquidity Management

Product Development & Innovation

Requirements for the Head of Capital Markets
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university is required. An MBA from a reputable business school or a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 15+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in capital markets, with at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership or Head role within a reputable financial institution, investment bank, asset management firm, hedge fund, or a large corporate treasury department.
