Team Building & Talent Development

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a key partner to the CEO and other C-suite executives (CMO, CRO, CFO). Communicate the product vision and engineering progress effectively to the board of directors and other key stakeholders.
Operational & Financial Management
Develop and manage the annual budget for the entire engineering and product organization. We are seeking an accomplished executive with a proven track record of success in leading large, complex technology organizations. The qualifications include:
Executive Experience
A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in the software industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP, SVP, or EVP) managing both engineering and product functions for a B2B or SaaS company.
Technical Depth
A deep and current understanding of modern software development practices, architectural patterns, and technologies. Expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, data engineering, and cybersecurity is essential. While this is a strategic role, the ability to engage in technical discussions and architectural reviews is critical.
Product Acumen
Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and scaling successful software products in a competitive market. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of P&L management, market dynamics, and go-to-market strategies.
