Strategic Sales Leadership & Vision

Sales Operations & Process Optimization
Architect and refine a scalable sales process and methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale) to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and other sales technologies to provide deep insights into performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
Market & Channel Expansion
Design and execute strategies to penetrate new international markets and verticals. Develop, manage, and grow a vibrant ecosystem of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to amplify market reach and create new revenue streams.
Executive & C-Level Engagement
Act as the executive sponsor for the company’s most strategic accounts. Personally engage in key deals and build enduring relationships with C-level executives at major clients and prospects, establishing yourself and the company as a trusted advisor.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Forge strong partnerships with the executive team, particularly Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance. Work in lockstep with Marketing to develop effective go-to-market strategies and lead generation campaigns. Provide critical feedback from the field to the Product team to influence the product roadmap.

This is a senior executive position requiring a specific blend of industry expertise, leadership prowess, and a demonstrable track record of success in high-growth technology environments.
Executive Sales Experience
A minimum of 20 years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership capacity (e.g., VP, SVP, EVP) managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
Cybersecurity Industry Domain Expertise
Deep and extensive experience within the cybersecurity industry is a mandatory requirement. Candidates must be fluent in the language of cybersecurity, with experience in areas such as endpoint security, threat intelligence, network security, cloud security (SASE/SSE), or security operations (SecOps). You must possess a deep understanding of the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape and the competitive ecosystem.

Educational Background
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.
Location & Travel
Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the Washington, DC metropolitan area. This role requires the ability to travel globally up to 50% of the time to meet with customers, partners, and internal teams.
