Requirements for the Director of Supply Chain (Outdoor)
Our client is seeking an exceptional leader with a robust background and a passion for the outdoor industry. Ideal candidates will possess:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role (Director level or above). Demonstrated experience specifically within the outdoor recreation, sporting goods, apparel, or consumer hardgoods industries is essential.
