The Director of Real Estate Acquisitions will serve as a key member of the firm’s investment team, reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer. Based in our client’s modern Miami office, you will be primarily responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new commercial real estate investments throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Deal Sourcing and Origination
Proactively source and identify potential acquisition opportunities through a variety of channels, including direct outreach to owners, cultivating relationships with the brokerage community, and leveraging industry contacts. Develop and maintain a consistent and high-quality deal pipeline.
