The Director of Manufacturing Systems will have a broad and impactful scope of responsibilities, encompassing strategic planning, system implementation, operational oversight, and team leadership. Strategic Technology Roadmap Development

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of leadership and technical excellence in a complex manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Educational Background
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree (MS or MBA) is highly preferred.
Professional Experience
A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 7 years in a leadership role overseeing manufacturing systems, technology, or engineering.
