Strategic Cadence
Facilitate the annual and quarterly strategic planning process, working with the executive leadership team to define and articulate company-wide goals, key results, and strategic priorities.
Market Intelligence
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to provide the CEO and board with actionable insights that inform strategic pivots and opportunities for growth.
Initiative Alignment
Ensure that all major cross-functional initiatives are directly aligned with the company’s overarching strategy, and develop frameworks to track progress and measure impact against stated objectives.
Goal Management
Oversee the implementation and management of the company’s goal-setting framework (e.g., OKRs), ensuring there is a clear cascade of objectives from the executive level down through the organization.

Rhythm of the Business
Design and manage the cadence for key leadership meetings, including executive team off-sites, weekly staff meetings, and quarterly business reviews. This includes setting agendas, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring diligent follow-up on action items.

Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience in demanding, fast-paced environments.
