Key Responsibilities of Chief of Staff to the CEO with a Public Tech Company – San Jose, CA

Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to drive the annual and quarterly strategic planning process, ensuring alignment on key objectives and resource allocation.
- Oversee the company’s OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process, tracking progress against strategic initiatives and providing regular updates to the CEO and the board.
