Professional Experience
- A minimum of 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role (VP, SVP, or CMO).
- Demonstrable experience scaling a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand, preferably within fashion, beauty, wellness, or a related consumer goods category.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful, integrated marketing strategies that have driven significant revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Extensive experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and owning the full marketing P&L.
- Deep, hands-on expertise across the full marketing stack, including performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, CRM (Klaviyo, Attentive), content marketing, and brand strategy.
