Strategic Leadership & Executive Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive committee, and senior partners on all human capital matters. Translate the firm’s strategic vision into a progressive, actionable HR strategy that anticipates future business needs. Drive key initiatives related to organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development to build a resilient and agile organization.
Global Talent Acquisition & Management
Architect and oversee a sophisticated, data-driven global talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire premier consulting and corporate talent. Develop and refine a comprehensive talent management framework that includes performance management, career pathing, and high-potential employee identification and development, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline.
Organizational Development & Culture Stewardship
Act as the primary champion for the firm’s culture and values. Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, and drive a high-performance culture. Lead change management initiatives to support the firm’s evolution and growth.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Total Rewards Strategy

HR Operations & Technology
Modernize and optimize the global HR function through technology and process improvement. Employee Relations & Compliance
Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of firm policies. Leadership & Team Development

Requirements for the Chief Human Resources Officer with a Global Consulting Firm – Washington, DC
Executive HR Experience
A minimum of 15-20 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior-most HR leadership role (e.g., CHRO, VP of HR) for a significant business unit or an entire enterprise.
Industry Background
Demonstrable experience within a professional services, management consulting, legal, or similar intellectually-driven, partnership-based environment is strongly preferred. The candidate must understand the unique talent dynamics of such organizations.
Global Expertise
