Direct all global manufacturing operations across multiple sites, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are met. Logistics & Distribution Network Management

Quality & Regulatory Compliance
Partner with the Chief Quality Officer to ensure all operational processes and products rigorously adhere to global regulatory standards. Financial Stewardship & Performance Management

Requirements for the Chief Global Operations Officer – New York, NY
Educational Background
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Executive Experience
A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP of Operations, SVP of Supply Chain) within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or a similarly regulated high-technology industry.
Global Operations Mastery
