Key Responsibilities of Chief Digital Officer with a Public Retailer – Bentonville, AR
The Chief Digital Officer will have a broad and impactful scope of responsibilities, overseeing all facets of the company’s digital presence and strategy. Enterprise Digital Strategy & Vision

E-commerce P&L and Growth
Assume full ownership of the e-commerce business, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Omnichannel Customer Experience (CX)

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished executive with a proven history of leading digital transformation and driving substantial growth within a large-scale retail environment. The qualifications and attributes for this role include:
Executive Experience
A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in e-commerce and digital strategy, with at least 7 years in a senior executive capacity (e.g., CDO, SVP/VP of E-commerce, Head of Digital) for a large, consumer-facing organization.
Retail Industry Acumen
