Strategic Vision and Execution
Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive multi-year roadmap for global supply chain visibility. This includes defining key objectives, establishing a technology architecture, and aligning the visibility strategy with overarching corporate goals for growth, profitability, and risk mitigation.
Technology and Platform Leadership
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of cutting-edge supply chain visibility platforms and control tower solutions. Drive the integration of disparate systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, MES) to create a unified, real-time data ecosystem.

Ensure that all visibility and logistics processes adhere to the strict regulatory requirements of the aerospace industry (e.g., AS9100) and complex international trade and customs laws.

Educational Background
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Executive Experience
A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing large, complex, global supply chains.
