The Chief of Staff will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities that are critical to the company’s success. Your duties will be dynamic and will evolve with the needs of the CEO and the business. Core responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Act as a key thought partner to the CEO and leadership team in developing and refining the company’s strategic plan. Oversee the strategic planning process, ensuring key milestones are met and initiatives are properly resourced. Track progress against the value creation plan and provide regular, data-driven updates to the CEO and the Board of Directors. Identify and analyze potential M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and other growth vectors.
Executive Office Management
Maximize the effectiveness of the CEO by strategically managing their time and focus. Prepare and organize materials, briefings, and talking points for key meetings, including board meetings, investor updates, and all-hands sessions. Manage the agenda for leadership team meetings, ensuring that discussions are productive, decisions are documented, and action items are tracked to completion.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership
Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from conception to completion. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of success in demanding, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in a highly analytical and strategic role, such as management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy/development.
