The General Manager will be instrumental in driving strategic growth, optimizing complex supply chain solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations, responsible for the full Profit & Loss (P&L) management of your assigned business unit(s). This includes meticulous budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, alongside identifying and capitalizing on revenue growth opportunities. You will serve as the primary strategic interface with key clients, building enduring relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent delivery of superior service.

Your leadership will directly impact the efficiency, quality, and safety of warehousing, transportation, and distribution services, ultimately enhancing our client’s competitive edge in a dynamic marketplace. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned logistics professional to take the helm of significant operations, shape strategic direction, and develop a high-achieving team within a forward-thinking organization.

Drive initiatives for continuous improvement, process optimization, and service innovation across all operational areas. Anticipate market trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

P&L Management & Financial Performance

Assume full accountability for the financial performance of the assigned business unit(s). This includes developing and managing budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses, implementing cost-reduction strategies, and ensuring profitability targets are met or exceeded. Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals, from supervisors to operational staff. Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Conduct performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback to ensure team members reach their full potential.

Technology & Innovation Adoption

Champion the evaluation, selection, and implementation of cutting-edge logistics technology solutions, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), automation, robotics, and data analytics tools.
