  • Organizational Development & Training: Identify organizational development needs and implement targeted training and development programs for all levels of staff, from frontline employees to senior leadership. Requirements for the Director of HR (Healthcare)

To be successful in this demanding yet rewarding role, candidates must possess a robust combination of education, experience, and critical competencies:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MA in HR) is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
