Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Managing Director will set and execute the strategy, own commercial and operational performance, and deliver profitable, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities of Managing Director, Software & Technology
As the business leader, the role will be accountable for, among other responsibilities:
P&L Ownership
Own the full profit and loss of the business, delivering revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Business Strategy
Set and execute the strategy for the business, identifying and capturing growth opportunities.
Commercial Performance
Lead commercial strategy, sales, and customer relationships to drive profitable growth.
Operational Performance
Ensure strong operations, quality, and cost performance across the business.
Financial Performance
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to deliver strong, predictable results.

Drive innovation and speed to market to sustain competitive advantage.
M&A & Partnerships
Evaluate and lead partnerships, acquisitions, and initiatives that strengthen the business.
Customer & Market Focus
Cultivate strong customer relationships and a deep understanding of the market.
Risk Management
Identify and manage operational, commercial, and financial risk across the business.
Talent & Culture
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team and a culture of accountability.
Stakeholder Partnership

Requirements for the Managing Director, Software & Technology
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Experience
Progressive leadership experience, including P&L or general-management accountability within a comparable industry.

A proven track record owning a P&L and delivering profitable growth.
