Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager will set and execute the strategy, own commercial and operational performance, and deliver profitable, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities of General Manager, Pharmaceutical

As the business leader, the role will be accountable for, among other responsibilities:

P&L Ownership

Own the full profit and loss of the business, delivering revenue, margin, and growth targets.

Requirements for the General Manager, Pharmaceutical

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.

Experience

Progressive leadership experience, including P&L or general-management accountability within a comparable industry.

A proven track record owning a P&L and delivering profitable growth.
