Strategic Financial Leadership & Planning
- Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing critical financial insights, analysis, and recommendations on all major business decisions.

Financial Operations & Control
- Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Direct the annual budgeting and long-term forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to senior management.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Manage the relationship with external auditors and ensure a clean and timely annual audit.
Treasury, Capital Management & Investor Relations
- Direct all treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and investment strategies to optimize working capital.
- Manage the company’s capital structure, including all debt and equity financing arrangements. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banks, lending institutions, and investment partners.
- Develop and execute risk management strategies, including hedging for interest rate, foreign currency, and commodity price volatility.
