The SVP, Global Operations will have a broad and impactful remit. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Leadership and Vision
Develop and execute a comprehensive global operations strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term growth objectives. Champion initiatives that enhance operational capabilities, expand market presence, and increase profitability across all regions.
Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
Spearhead the implementation of best-in-class operational processes and systems. Global P&L Management
Assume full P&L responsibility for the global operations division. Supply Chain and Logistics Network Optimization

Customer-Centric Execution

Risk Management and Global Compliance

The successful candidate will be a seasoned and accomplished executive with a proven history of success in complex, global operating environments. Specific qualifications include:
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Executive Experience
A minimum of 15-20 years of progressive leadership experience within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry. At least 7-10 years in a senior executive capacity (VP, SVP, or equivalent) with responsibility for a large, multi-site, international operation.
P&L Responsibility
Demonstrated experience managing a significant P&L (ideally in excess of $500M) with a track record of driving revenue growth and margin improvement.
Global Scope
Proven experience managing operations across multiple international regions (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) is essential. Deep understanding of global trade, customs, and international logistics complexities.
Transformational Leadership
