The Vice President of M&A Integration will have a broad and impactful scope of responsibilities, encompassing the full lifecycle of post-merger activities. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Strategic Integration Leadership

Act as the primary strategic advisor to client executives on all aspects of post-merger integration. Lead the development of the overall integration thesis, strategy, and guiding principles in alignment with the deal’s strategic objectives. Design and establish the governance structure, including the Integration Management Office (IMO) and functional workstreams.

Pre-Close Planning and Due Diligence

IMO and Workstream Management

Synergy Identification and Realization

Stakeholder Management and Communication

Develop and execute a comprehensive stakeholder communication plan. We are seeking a high-caliber professional with extensive experience and a specific skill set to succeed in this demanding role. The ideal candidate will possess:

Professional Experience

A minimum of 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 10 years spent in a top-tier management consulting firm, Big Four advisory practice, or a corporate strategy/development role with a heavy focus on M&A integration.

M&A Integration Expertise
